We process the following categories of data:
For application management:
Personal identification data, contact details, academic information, family composition and financial documents, as well as any recordings or information shared during interviews.
For beneficiary management:
Identification, contact, and financial data necessary for loan administration and verification, including contracts and supporting documents.
For alumni management:
Professional and educational information, employer details, contact information, and loan-related documents.
For mentorship management:
Name, contact details, professional information, and employment data.
For partnership management:
Name, contact details, professional and employment information.
- Do you use third-party service providers (processors)?
Yes. To manage and monitor our activities, we work with third-party service providers acting as processors under the GDPR, including:
- Salesforce: for managing relationships with students, mentors, partners, and donors (CRM).
- Gravyty: for managing community engagement.
These providers process your data solely on INFIИITE’s instructions and in compliance with legal and contractual data protection requirements.
- Do you share my personal data with anyone else?
No. Your personal data is not shared, sold, or transferred to third parties.
- Do you collect any sensitive data about me?
No. We do not collect sensitive personal data.
“Sensitive data” (as defined by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 – GDPR) includes data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade-union membership, genetic or biometric data, health information, or data concerning a person’s sex life or sexual orientation, as well as data relating to criminal convictions and offenses.

Your data is stored within the European Union (specifically in France and Ireland).
- How long do you keep my data?
- Application data: 1 year after the September academic intake;
- Beneficiary data: for the entire duration of the loan;
- Alumni data: for the full duration of loan repayment;
- Mentorship data: 5 years after the end of mentorship;
- Partnership and donor data: for the duration of the partnership or donation.
- Data required for accounting or tax purposes (e.g., receipts, agreements) is retained for 10 years in accordance with legal requirements.
- All other data is deleted within 5 years of the end of the relationship.
- Is my data subject to automated decision-making or profiling?
No. We do not carry out any automated decision-making or profiling.
- What are my rights regarding my personal data?
You have the following rights:
